Training Coordinator

Responsible for overseeing the training process including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations. Ensures that trainers have the required tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs and support HNI's mission.

Essential Competencies/Skills/Experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues. Can-do attitude is a must
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
• Consistency with processes and daily tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• must be able to handle a wide variety of administrative duties and project management tasks
• strong interpersonal communication abilities, the ability to multitask, and outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information and data
• Ability to interact with all levels of people
• Open and receptive to learning and feedback
• General Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate and be managed virtually/online
• Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures and
• respond to questions
• Excellent Computer and internet skills
Required
• Background in Human Resources/Training
• Arabic language
• Knowledge of writing proposals
• Local Driving License
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to the following:
• Oversee the training process that each program meets HNI's quality criteria 100%
• Develop and manage Vendor relationships in Doha, Qatar
• Develop and refine internal processes and systems
• Be the liaison between the company, the trainers and the suppliers
• Maintain the training calendar
• Keep simple financial tracking sheet to follow up on invoices and payments
• Manage travel bookings for trainers including issuing of visas, hotel bookings etc.
• Ensure technical resources, training materials and supplies are available to trainers
• Manage all the logistics and on-ground operations of trainings and events being held in Doha, Qatar.
• Handle all incoming phone and email enquiries
• Track training progress and follow-ups, including preparing feedback reports.
• Participate in training activities, as and when required, to increase personal skill levels, to improve overall store operations and customer service
• Continually follows up with trainers, associates, supervisors and customers to ensure the effectiveness of training programs. Makes suggestions for improvement
• Managing training equipments, including branded collateral/items, documents, coordinating printing of certificates, delivery, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
