| Program Coordinator Job Purpose: The Connect ROTAsia Coordinator is responsible for assisting, developing and supporting the Connect ROTAsia program both in Qatar and in ROTA’s focal countries, under guidance from the Head of Connect ROTAsia. This includes but is not limited to organizing and assisting to deliver training and workshops, follow-up and communication with participating teachers, schools and other stakeholders, supporting program activities, identifying educational content that can be accessed online. Key Result Areas: - To promote and support Connect ROTAsia projects and collaboration involving educators and students. - To work directly with educators (and students when necessary) to build and support a community involved in Connect ROTAsia projects in Qatar and in ROTA focal countries through ROTA’s partner organizations. - To assist in developing and implementing training programs and workshops, applicable to online collaborative projects, in an educational setting including K-12 and involving higher education when applicable. - To identify and develop content for the online environment that relates to all aspects of the Connect ROTAsia program. | |
