| Estimation Engineer (Highway& Infrastructure) General Summary of the Position: To coordinate and undertake the review of draft tender and project documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for company projects. To develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final approval. Prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Chief Engineer to identify areas requiring more information to ensure the Company is positioned to win and secure bids. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivelant. 2• Professional Courses in Cost Estimation. 3• Expert knowledge in project Scheduling programs such as Primavera, Microsoft Scheduler, and CPM is an added advantage. 4• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Roadway and infrastructure estimation in general contracting environment. It is desirable to have an additional 5 years site experience. 5• Knowledge of MS Office software required. 6• Strong math skills are a must. | |
