Design Manager Introduction My client is a leading construction company based in Doha Qatar, providing world class construction and engineering services in the Kingdom and in the Middle East with a long list of prestigious projects which are transforming some of the region’s major urban centres. They are currently looking for a Design Manager to join their ever expanding team. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the design deliverables from the designer to design checker to engineer and revisions • Ensure all parties ( internal and external ) receive copies of design deliverables • Manage a team of Architects and CAD operators to achieve outputs and deliverables including shop and as-built drawings to project programme • Monitor results Requirements • Architect degree required • Architectural experience • At least 5 years design build experience • Minimum 2 year contracting experience • Experience in Design Management and Coordination
