HVAC / Fire Fighting technical office Engineer Review the project specifications with the supplier's data sheets to select the best system to be purchased. - Perform the project's design verification for equipments and piping network sizing. - Prepare the workshop drawings including attending the necessary meetings with the consultant to amend all the clarification up to the approval stage. - Preparing the material take off from the projects drawings. - Review the tender BOQ against the evaluated MTO from projects drawings and highlight the discrepancies to the client. - Perform the pricing and man-hours estimation associated with the execution of fabrication, erection and test works of the system. - Perform all the technical negotiations with the suppliers up to placing the purchase order(s).
