Job Title: Drainage Review Engineer
Reference: CAU21101

Summary:
Position in Doha, Qatar (Middle East) – preferably someone already in the Middle East or have worked there before.

Responsibilities:
The Drainage Review Engineer shall be responsible to the Senior Road Design Engineer. Specifically he/she shall be responsible for;
• Work area planning, and reporting to the Senior Road Design Engineer.
• Coordination of checking across interfaces within and between disciplines on projects.
• Quality and suitability of outputs and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of standardised details and solutions associated with multiple projects in the commission. In highway design, urban design, or structural solutions etc.
• Assist in identifying and investigating value-engineering initiatives in conjunction with other consultants.
• Development of baseline set of standards for drainage design.
• Review of designs in terms of value engineering, design reviews, audit checks and independent verification.

Job Location: Doha, Qatar (Middle East)
Salary: Market Related

Qualifications:
• BSc in Civils or related
• Pr Eng

Experience:
• 8 to 10 years experience in design of drainage systems

Skills:
• Have demonstrated technical competence in the discipline
• Have demonstrated self management and communication skills
