Quantity Surveyor Preparing budgets, detailed cost plans and performing cost control. Undertaking costs analysis for EPIC works and assisting in establishing a client's requirements for invoicing. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, preparing and analysing constings for tenders. Providing advice on cnatractual claims, valuing completed work and arranging payments to sub-contractors. Developing knowledge relevant to contract conditions and their applications. Proficient in the use of MS Office Software Degree or Diploma in Engineer (Mechanical or Multi-Discipline preffered) ============= To apply, please send your resume in MS Word.
