| Construction Manager Engineering Graduate (Mechanical) You are highly versatile with an ability to learn and grasp new ideas quickly Visiting construction sites throughout the build process to ensure standards, specifications and regulations are being complied with Producing written reports and summaries, which will be presented to the management. Auditing of the filing relating to store and warehouse construction, including checking drawings, analysing tender returns and checking all required documentation is contained within the relevant Safety files. You have excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills You are self-motivated, ambitious and mobile You have a positive attitude and are willing to be part of a team Strong written English skills are essential. Responsibility for the development construction specifications and the provision of analysis, interpretation and advice in order to improve all construction related activities Development of tender protocol and strategy and the production of specific contract packages A day to day challenge in a fast paced work environment An excellent salary and benefits package | |
