Be a 5 star concierge to an excellent boss involved in a start up initiative connecting young people in the Arab World with employment and enterprise opportunities!

Our client is a newly formed high level NGO (non-government organization) working towards promoting large-scale job creation, entrepreneurship, and access to capital and markets for youth throughout 22 countries in the Arab world.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be providing confidential and high quality administrative and operational support, playing a key role in keeping strategic programs, partnerships, operations, outreach and board of directors related activities on track. The role can best be described as a combination of an experienced executive assistant, writer, event planner, office manager, researcher and 5-star concierge. This is a highly visible role requiring significant interaction with high level international and regional executives and dignitaries.

We are seeking an experienced individual with the following skills:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 5+ years experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & Arabic
• Experience interacting with high level executives and guests
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assess priorities and meet deadlines
• An energetic self-starter comfortable with taking initiative
• Innovative and resourceful
• Mature and professional with the highest levels of integrity and a “Can Do” attitude
