| Senior Executive Recruiter (Qatar based) A thrilling opportunity has arisen with one of the world’s largest executive search firms, MRINetwork, to join us as Senior Executive Recruiter in one of our Middle East offices. The successful candidate would be based in Doha, Qatar, and enjoy a regional portfolio. The consultant should strive to become a recognisable expert in recruitment of specialised vertical. The role involves conducting new business development and securing repeat business; partnering with clients to understand and identify their talent acquisition needs and providing them with timely and creative recruitment solutions. Besides business development, the incumbent will network and research extensively within the specialised market to identify key talents and help them enhance their careers by introducing them to excellent opportunities from your clients. We are particularly interested in hearing from existing recruiters in headhunting environment, who have at least 3 years of proven track record of success in their specialised verticals such as Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, IT & Telecom, FMCG & Retail, Construction and Logistics. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in particular the capability to build relationship over the phone, are essential for this role, as is the ability to network and develop business at senior level. Successful candidates should be achievement-oriented individuals with high energy level, have a sense of urgency and an insatiable desire to succeed. Fluency in English language skills is essential. Besides providing attractive remuneration package and continuous world class training, the successful candidate can look forward to a fast track career progression, i.e. to be groomed for Country Manager role.
