| ESTIMATOR/COST PLANNER Our client, an international leader in Construction and Facilities Management and has offices in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Dubai and Qatar. Reporting to the Area Manager the Estimator/Cost Planner will be working on Design and Construct packages. Middle East experience preferred but not essential, candidates will need to be familiar with Elemental Cost Breakdown and Value Engineering with the ability to summate the project and life-cycle cost benefits of alternative construction techniques, and manage and produce quality tenders on high rise projects with an understanding of tender preparation, analysis, submission and negotiation. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and analyse Tender Documents, prepare a price taking all relevant areas into account, and then finalise tender submission documents. All Candidates should possess as a minimum Relevant Degree qualifications, previous experience on High Rise Projects, Understanding of Design and Construct Contracts, Ability to work to tight deadlines, Drive and self-motivation. | |
