CONTRACTS MANAGER Our client, an international leader in Construction and Facilities Management and has offices in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Dubai and Qatar. Reporting to the Project Manager the Contracts Manager must be able to demonstrate the following pre-requisites: Manage the commercial aspects of high rise tower design and construct contract Prepare and submit monthly corporate reports, and Possess the necessary organisational and personnel skills to train and manage a multi-cultural team of Quantity Surveyors. The successful candidate will demonstrate a comprehension of the Construction Industry (In particular the Middle East region) and possess sufficient commercial awareness, skill, and tenacity to negotiate profitable outcomes on Subcontract and Client related issues. All Candidates should possess as a minimum the following: Relevant Degree qualifications Previous experience on High Rise Projects Understanding of Design and Construct Contracts Ability to work to tight deadlines Drive and self-motivation
