| HR Coordinator Primarily responsible in providing assistance in the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Human Resources Department. Typical Activities include: A. Immigration Activities. 1. Coordinate with PRO for employee records 2. Schedule for Immigration related activities 3. Update, Maintain & Follow-up for the required database B. Recruitment 1. Assist in scheduling and interviewing of applicants 2. Administering exams 3. prepare recruitment status reports, as may be required C. Compensation and Benefits 1. Assist in timekeeping and payroll preparation 2. Ensure timely implementation of employee benefits 3. monitor employees benefits entitlement D. Training and Development 1. Assist in the conduct of Employee Orientations, staff training and other development programs 2. coordinate training schedules and attendance of target participants 3. prepare necessary logistics and materials for training E. HIRS 1. Update & Maintain employee record on regular basis. F. Employee Relations 1. Assist in the conduct of employee climate surveys 2. Assist in initiating and implementing employee related programs 3. Assist in the conduct and monitoring of the performance management system Skills • Bi-lingual English and Arabic. • University graduate. • 2 to 3 years of experience in general HR and/or Personnel. • Sound understanding of HR systems and procedures. • Computer literate with experience in using word, excel, access. • Organizing skills. • Time management skills. • Problem solving skills. • Good communication skills - written and verbal. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. | |
