Description
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing a secretarial service.

EFFECTIVENESS AREAS:
Effective communication skills with all parties, both internal and external
Ability to cope with variety and pressure
Taking of minutes at meetings
Typing a variety of documents for the project team in Arabic
Maintain diary and scheduling appointments for the Project staff
Maintain an up to date filing system
Effective communication skills are employed with all parties, both internal and external

REQUIREMENTS
2 to 3 Years working experience in a secretarial environment
A Secretarial Diploma
Previous exposure to a large projects environment would be an added advantage
Type 65 words per minute
Competent in MS Word/Excel / Power Point / Outlook
Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills
Good Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
Good Telephone Skills
