| E-Channel Specialist for Qatar VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for E-Channel Specialist for our Qatar operation with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Job Description: a) Select, evaluate and recommend vendors for the acquisition of e-channel solutions. b) Liaise with business divisions to lead the implementation of the IVR and Call Center system during set-up phase. c) Liaise with the business divisions to manage the implementation of an SMS banking solution during the set-up phase. d) Lead the development and implementation of an Internet Banking solution (e-Banking) and coordinate with the respective business divisions to assess requirements. e) Monitor all e-channel flows for e-banking transactions (IVR, Call Center, SMS banking…) f) Coordinate with the product development teams to migrate new products into the respective e-channel solutions when applicable g) Take proactive measures to ensure continuity of service. Competencies: a) Good understanding of e-channel architectures. b) Strong familiarity with banking IT systems and protocols. Experience: a) 7+ years in IT banking, 3 of which in similar role. b) Proven track record in implementing and managing e-channel solutions. Domain : Banking Qualification: a) Minimum university degree or equivalent qualification in IT. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks) The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS –Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in Qatar. | |
