| COMMISSIONING ENGINEER We are looking for COMMISSIONING ENGINEER for Companies based in Qatar with experience in Oil & Gas. COMMISSIONING ENGINEER • Graduate in Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation / Mechanical; multi-discipline preferable) • Minimum of 5-10 years in Oil & Gas industry with experience in high capacity pumps and knowledge on associated electrical & instrumentation works. • Computer literate • Must be proficient in spoken & written English • To work on shore & off shore Job Description: a. Experience in preparation of Pre-commissioning & commissioning checklists, method statements, dossiers. b. Familiar in making the procedure / systems required for commissioning, initial formulation / implementation of all Pre-commissioning and commissioning plans, supervising the contractors / suppliers, workers and staff that handles all activities including procedure write-up and documentation needs. c. Ensure that appropriate processes are implemented. d. Participate in Technical Review in QA/QC and Engineering Works. e. Checks and make sure that all necessary permits, licenses, etc. are in place prior to commencement of any commissioning activities f. Reviews the vendor documents g. Endorse / Hand over documents from contractors / suppliers at pre-commissioning completion stage confirming their acceptability.
