| QA/QC ENGINEER We are looking for QAQC ENGINEER for Companies based in Qatar with experience in Oil & Gas. • Completion of Mechanical Engineering Degree requiring 4 or more years of full time study. • Minimum of 5 yrs. exp. in QAQC related work. • CSWIP 3.1 or CSWIP 3.2. Welding Inspector Certification, certificate of completion in ISO 9001: Quality Management Sytem Auditor Training. • Good English communication skills both in oral & writing • Familiar in using appropriate computer software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) • Technical skills & ability to guide & direct subordinates Job Description: a. Ability to prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Procedures, Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditing, Quality Control Plan (QCP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with the applicable quality system standards and / or Contractual specification requirements. b. Responsible in Inspection activities related to welding, painting, & allied works, NDE methods (RT File interpretation). c. Ensure that effective and efficient Quality / HSE Management System is established and followed in accordance with the standards. d. Plan and carry internal audit. e. Ensure that inspection and testing comply with the specified requirements f. Liaise on quality matters with customers, suppliers, certification authority representatives as well as project teams g.
