| QUANTITY SURVEYOR We are looking for QUANTITY SURVEYOR for Companies based in Qatar with experience in Oil & Gas. • Diploma or Degree In Mechanical Engineering • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software • Good command of English written & spoken Duties & Responsibilities: • Preparation of Bill of Quantity from Isometrics • Preparation of Invoices for Shop Fabricated items for unit rate Contracts • Preparation of Budgets, detailed Cost Plans & Performing Cost Control • Undertaking Cost Analysis for EPIC Works & assisting in establishing a client's requirements for invoicing • Preparing Tender & Contract documents, including Bill of Quantities • Preparing & analyzing costing for Tenders • Providing advice on Contractual Claims • Valuing Completed work & arranging payments to sub-contractors • Developing knowledge relevant to Contract Conditions and their applications If you are interested, kindly furnish the following as early as possible. 1 – Current Salary 2 – Expected Salary 3 – Required Period to Join 4 – Current Location & Present Contact Number 5 – Total years of experience 6 – Updated Resume in MS Word Awaiting your prompt response.
