| Executive Secretary to CEO Executive Secretary, CEO’s Office Responsibilities: •Manage the CEO’s business calendar. •Serve as communications link between CEO and internal and external representatives. •Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion. •Create correspondence, reports and documents as needed. •Maintain hard copy and/or electronic filing system. •Attend meetings and take, type and distribute meeting minutes. •Screen faxes, telephone calls, letters, mails and visitors and personally handle routine questions and obtain and furnish information. •Plan, organize and communicate details regarding meetings and conferences hosted by the CEO, including site selection, agenda, invitation, menus and transportation. •Other secretarial or clerical duties as assigned. Requirements: •Local female, national preferred, with either Qatari passport or family visa. •1-3 years experience working in Executive Secretary capacity in Islamic financial services and/or banking environment. Must have proven track record in working with and building strong relationships with executive or senior management within medium to large organization. •Bachelor Degree and/or professional office/secretarial certificates a plus. •Excellent listening and written and verbal communication skills with fluency in both Arabic and English. •Excellent IT skills including MS Office and Outlook. •Key strengths will be time management, multitasking, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills. You will need to take initiative and be mature, energetic and systematic. You must also have a strong ability to work independently and under pressure with flexibility, diplomacy and integrity. | |
