| Head of Strategy Head of Strategy The selected candidate will engage his or her skills as a strategist and play a key role in planning, growth and structure of the business. However, upper management is not simply looking for someone who knows how to think, but rather someone who can display a deep understanding of business and industry and who can work collectively as a team to translate this understanding into deliverable solutions. Responsibility will involve embracing such areas as strategy, operations, financials, people management and technology. Only candidates who like a challenge and are willing to make a positive difference within an organization need apply! Requirements • Work as member on projects either to deliver specific scope, lead small team or the entire project with guidance from the directors and partners • Help in business development by working as a member in proposal development or lead the development of proposal under guidance of the directors and partners • Help the organization acquire new business Qualifications • At least 10 years of relevant experience; 5 of which are in the banking/finance industry and 5 are focused on developing and managing strategy • Experience participating in the development of performance metrics (framework) to measure the execution of a developed strategy (e.g. balance score card) • Excellent professional, leadership, communication, organizational, listening and presentation skills • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who is dynamic, proactive and results-driven. • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field • Bilingual in Arabic and English a plus. • Highly proficient in MS Office and Outlook. | |
