| Head of Corporate Planning Head of Corporate Planning Responsibilities: • Manage all corporate planning and performance management of the Bank (financial, customer, processes, organization, risk, etc). • Set-up, develop and update all performance scorecards and individual and department KPIs • Oversee management information systems (MIS). • Responsible for developing, tracking, monitoring, reviewing and updating all business plans. Qualifications: • 10 years experience working in corporate planning capacities, most recently in a high level management role, in the banking and/or financial sector. • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Economics, Banking, Finance or Business Administration • Possession of in-depth knowledge of the functions and activities of various business and support divisions within financial and banking institutions (i.e. operations, back office, retail, corporate, HR, IT and so on). • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, numerical, evaluation and planning skills. • High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. | |
