Internal Audit Manager Internal Audit Manager Role: - Responsible for hands-on managing and leading the efforts of Internal Audit Team - Perform risk assessments, audit plan and program development and test and evaluate records and documents for accuracy and compliance. - Plan and conduct internal audits and create appropriate reports. - Manage, lead, mentor and train staff in a positive, professional and fair manner to drive productivity and employee engagement, satisfaction, cohesiveness and can do attitudes. Requirements: - (5-10) years experience performing internal auditing, most recently in a managerial capacity, in an Islamic financial services and/or banking setting. - Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. - Fluency in English and Arabic a plus (reading, speaking and writing). - CPA and/or CIA or related certification highly desired - Experience in Financial Services Industry
